Self-Check-In is a weekly accountability group designed to help you prioritize your goals, structure your time, and build sustainable habits—all with the support of a small, like-minded community.
How It Works
🗓 Every Sunday at 9 AM PST, we meet for 90 minutes to reflect, plan, and take action using my Intentions for the Week Planner /template. Our session is structured to help you focus and follow through:
✅ Reflect & Review – We check in on the past week’s goals and use a custom-designed checklist to assess where we’re at.
⏳ Focused Planning Time – We dive into two 20-minute work blocks, using the time to organize our calendars, set priorities, and prep for the week ahead.
📢 Share & Commit – We wrap up by sharing our top 3-5 priorities for the coming week, setting clear intentions in a supportive space.
